We offer a wide variety of books including fiction, non-fiction, academic, self-help, children’s, Bangla literature, imported editions, and special collectibles.

+ Do you deliver across Bangladesh?

Yes! We deliver to all major cities and districts in Bangladesh. Remote areas may take a little longer depending on courier service availability.

+ How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days. You’ll see the estimated delivery time during checkout.

+ Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track it from your account dashboard.

+ What payment methods do you accept?

We only have Cash on Delivery (COD) option at this moment, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visacard, Mastercard, and bank transfer options will be available soon.

+ How can I search for a specific book?

Use the search bar at the top of our website to find books by title, author, or keyword. You can also browse by category, genre, or language.

+ Can I return or exchange a book?

Yes — if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Please keep the book in its original condition.

+ Do you offer discounts or promotions?

+ Can I order a book that’s out of stock?

In most cases, yes — you can request a restock or pre-order option. We’ll notify you as soon as the book becomes available.

+ Do you provide gift wrapping or personal notes?

Yes — we offer gift wrapping and custom messages at checkout for a small additional fee.

+ What is your delivery charge?

Delivery fees depend on location and courier service. Free delivery is often available for orders above a minimum amount (shown at checkout).
